The end is where success begins

You already design for learning transfer. But transfer to what, exactly?

It’s perfectly possible to create elegant transfer mechanisms — and still miss the point. Because transfer in the wrong direction is just as ineffective as no transfer at all.

We need to diagnose before we can prescribe.

Paul has been invited to run an ITE Transfer Community webinar where he will be exploring what sits before transfer design:

  • how to define the real end point
  • who gets to decide it
  • and what to do when they can’t clearly articulate what they want in the first place
  • how to stop stakeholders signing off courses and start them signing off behaviour change

This isn’t about more frameworks or theory. It’s about finessing the conversations that shape everything that follows.

If you already understand learning transfer — especially if you’re an ITE Transfer Designer — this session is about sharpening your practice where it matters most: direction, not mechanics.

The end is where success begins – register here for the webinar on 28 April
