What do you mean by ‘free time’?
Mark Twain said, “Work consists of whatever a body is obliged to do. Play consists of whatever a body is not obliged to do.”
Is absence of obligation how you define free time for you?

And then you realise that no one is going to give it to you.
The best way to create more free time, is to take it.
