Enhancing the brand of L&D

In his latest article for TrainingZone Paul explores what people say about L&D when the professionals have left the room.

“Your brand is what other people say about you when you’re not in the room.” – Jeff Bezos, CEO and Founder of Amazon. 

What do people say about your L&D team when you are not in the room? 

Paul suggest to conduct an experiment asking people, particularly managers at all levels some questions.
