What is your silver lining?

Sun breaking through clouds

COVID-19 has given us a new perspective on so many things we have taken for granted – our freedoms, our leisure activities, our families, and our friends.

Until now, most of us never considered how life as we know it and the things we valued could be so easily and so suddenly taken away from us.

What do you miss the most from your pre-COVID life that no longer exists?

For some of you, what or who has been lost will never return. I’m sorry for your loss.

Life will move on for us all, so what are you looking forward to the most as lockdown eases?

And what do you cherish the most from your life as it is now?

How will you treasure and show gratitude for what is really important to you?

Let’s not ignore the silver lining in the COVID cloud. Every cloud, so they say, has one.

What is your silver lining?

I suggest you write this down somewhere where you will see it regularly to remind you of what’s important to you as old patterns try to re-assert themselves.

Stay safe and well.

My best wishes, Paul
