What are you prepared to commit to?

Create a couple of lists…
1. What things do you do, or would you do, even if you don’t feel like doing them?

2. What things don’t you do, which you should do, when you don’t feel like doing them?

Look at these lists.

Is each entry in the best list to give you the life you want?

We get what we commit to and act on.
