“Commitment is doing the thing you said you would do, long after the mood you said it in has left you.” George R. Zalucki

Create a couple of lists…
1. What things do you do, or would you do, even if you don’t feel like doing them?

2. What things don’t you do, which you should do, when you don’t feel like doing them?

Is each entry in the best list to give you the life you want?

“Commitment is an act, not a word.” Jean-Paul Sartre

My best wishes, Paul
