I am really pleased at the response from Kate Graham and Nigel Paine on LNTV to my latest thinking on Learning Workflows. My aim has always been to look at what seems complex or ineffectual in L&D and reduce it to practical steps that people can take to get real results, so it is heart-warming to hear Nigel and Kate, both of whom I respect greatly, saying I have succeeded.
