What is in your blind spot?

B&W illustration of two people exchanging feedback

Last week, I was talking with a friend about receiving feedback.

It’s interesting that what others see in us, both good and bad, is often a blind spot for us.

How often have you been surprised at what a friend or colleague thinks of you?

Actively seek out feedback to help increase your self-awareness, to broaden your vision of yourself.

With self-awareness, and a little introspection, comes a better understanding of who you are, and where you might tweak that a bit, so you feel better, and others think better of you.

For your own sake, seek out more feedback this week.

Who will you ask first?

How will you form the question?

When will you ask it?

My best wishes, Paul
