Today, I broke a personal best

Runner celebrating personal best

I watched a film on Sunday and a delightfully irreverent character in his twilight years declared…

“Today I broke a personal best. The number of successive days alive!”

He clearly lived for what the day had to offer because when he woke up, it was already a day that he had broken a personal record.

I like that approach to life đŸ™‚

What one thing are you grateful for today?

That is, apart from breaking a personal record!

What records will you break tomorrow?

My best wishes, Paul
