This quote made me stop and think…

Cartoon man lying on the floor with a x and tick above him to chose from

“A person either hates losing enough to change, or he hates changing enough to lose.” – Orrin Woodward

It took some thought to unravel what it means.

Then, I thought of a change that I am trying to make. (You do it too)

What do you stand to lose if you don’t make that change?

Is that loss sufficient to warrant the effort and cost of making the change?

If not, stop thinking about the change and get on with your life without it.

Stop. How did you feel when I said that? That is, what did your intuition tell you?

So…

If the loss is big enough, you now have the driver for the change, so get on with it!

Now!

My best wishes, Paul
