What is learning transfer?

Most people in L&D will know the answer, at least at a basic level. But what are they or the learning & development function in their organisation doing about it?

Most will agree that training needs to achieve more than conveying content and some knowledge that’s retained but lead to actual behaviour change and business impact.

So, where to start? We have just published a guide to learning transfer that aims to answer all the basic questions, tackles the barriers to implementing it, how to do it and much more.
