I realised something this week

Hamburger and man exercising on scales

I have become used to this new way of life resulting from lockdown.
It no longer feels strange or weird although it certainly has aspects that I like and dislike compared with my pre-COVID life.

I went into lockdown with food in my store cupboard and good intentions in my mind as to how I would live in lockdown. Recently, I have noticed a few things slipping…
My fitness discipline has slipped
My food discipline has slipped
My Netflix discipline has slipped
I don’t drink, or that discipline probably would have slipped as well đŸ™‚

Perhaps living alone is a factor?

Don’t get me wrong. This is not a full-blown slide into messy idle oblivion.

I have just noticed that as time goes on, I am relaxing into the familiarity of this new life and as a result, I am letting a few things slip.

You too?

What are you letting slip now that the initial lockdown strangeness has worn off?

My best wishes, Paul
