How to look good in jeans

Jeans, t-shirt and accessories laid out for fashion shoot

Changing what you have, comes from changing who you are.

And changing who you are comes from changing what you think.

Because changing what you think, ultimately changes your words, your actions, the kind of music you listen to, the movies you watch, the places you visit, the friends you hang out with, and yes, even how you look in jeans.

So, notice what you think about. Every now and again, or even more frequently, stop, and reflect on what was just going through your mind.

What are you saying to yourself as you go about life?

Are your thoughts dwelling on complaints, problems, what is going wrong, and what you haven’t got?

Or are your thoughts dwelling on what is good in your life?

Don’t try and change what you think. Just become aware… and notice what happens to your thoughts as you become more aware of them.

And as your thoughts change, so shall you.

My best wishes, Paul
