I attended a presentation by Paul in Poland on the topic of learning transfer, which is a really important topic in our field, because after all, as learning professionals in the workplace, that’s what we’re there for. We need to maximise learning transfer to help people get better at their jobs.
Paul was able to really explain that well and to use a real life example, so that people could connect to it, as well as help them walk away with ideas around what they could do themselves to improve learning transfer in their organisations.
