Do you feel important?

“It’s so simple, yet makes such a difference. Pretend that every single person you meet has a sign around his or her neck that says, ‘Make me feel important.'” – Mary Kay Ash

It’s a fine idea, but how do you actually do it?

Here’s one way…

Catch someone doing something right, and tell them how good they are with as much energy and sincerity as if you had caught them doing something wrong.

Go on. Try it with the next person you speak to đŸ™‚

How else could you help someone feel important?

My best wishes, Paul
