Back on stage…

Paul Matthews on stage at L&Dpro munich 2021

A few weeks ago I went to L&Dpro Conference & Expo in Munich. It was fascinating, and a delight, being back on stage in front of a live audience for the first time in so long.

It was also fascinating listening to L&D people talking about their experiences during the pandemic. It was so variable. Some put their focus on eLearning, some on transitioning to virtual delivery, some cut back considerably on all their learning. It was all about change and it was clear that in many organisations there had been quite a shakeup.

You can watch my 30 second  reflections on the day 🙂

One welcome common aspect was that L&D is now a stronger factor in organisational strategy than previously. Let’s keep moving in that direction.

My best wishes, Paul
