Are you worthy of investment?

Are you worthy of investment?

There are many people around us who can help and support us in achieving our goals. They are often successful and busy people, and keen to help, but they will pick and choose who they will help.

So how do they choose?

Think of Dragon’s Den. An investor will only invest their money in a business they think is ‘likely to succeed’.

So how can you show that you are ‘likely to succeed’?

Demonstrate by your actions that you have a desire to grow, a desire to improve, and the discipline to commit your focus to a goal and follow through.

Notice I said, ‘a goal’, not a list of dreams and aspirations. Success seldom comes from spreading your focus across several fronts.

W.H. Murray said, “The moment one definitely commits oneself, then providence moves too. All sorts of things occur to help one that would never otherwise have occurred… Unforeseen incidents, meetings, and material assistance, which no man could have dreamed would have come his way.”

Become worthy of investment, and people will want to help; they will want to invest their time and effort in you.

And the reverse is also true.

So, it is your choice.

My best wishes, Paul
