Alone or together?

girls-walking-together

There is an African proverb: “If you want to go fast, go alone; if you want to go far, go together.”

What journey is on your mind at the moment?

Do you want to go fast or far?

Could you even get to your journey’s goal on your own, or do you need the collaboration of others and the patience to pull this together?

How can this idea be applied in your world, on your journey?

What are you going to do differently?

If you are managing others, how does this relate to the way you lead your team and delegate tasks?

Here are the attributes of a high-performing team.

My best wishes, Paul
