Hello. My name is Rachel Fallows. I’m the Learning and Development Project Officer for SSAFA, The Armed Forces Charity.
I recently saw Paul at a Charity Learning Consortium event doing his presentation on performance and capacity. I was really enthused by the things that Paul said around training, and more importantly, learning, that training and courses are not the answer to all our learning needs.
I came back, shared the slides with other colleagues, and we’ve used some of the principles for our Learning at Work Week event this week. So, the presentation made a real impact.
