A simple hack for New Year resolutions

2024 in gold on black background

Well, it’s 2024. How did that happen?

The start of a new year has probably prompted you to think of things you would like to do differently from previous years.

Even if it is not a formal New Year resolution, we all think these thoughts of change.

Here’s a different way to think about what you want to do.

Don’t focus on doing it.

What!!??

Instead, focus on removing what would stop you from doing it.

What are the three things that could or would stop you?

What will you do about each of those things?

You see, if the barriers are gone, what you want will naturally, and even effortlessly, happen.

My best wishes, Paul
