Look, a butterfly!

Blue tiger butterfly

This is the fourth of a series of tips on how to handle crazy busy and not get caught up in the ‘fear’ of failing to handle it, and the resulting stress chemicals.

Fourth tip: Look, a butterfly!

Our attention is valuable. That is why we use the phrase ‘paying attention’.

Attention is valuable because when we pay attention to things they get done.

If we get distracted and pay our attention to something else………

What was that? Did you say something? Sorry, I wasn’t paying attention.

Our attention is finite, so it matters where we spend our attention.

Of all the things vying for your attention

Oh, look! A butterfly!

Sorry, got distracted for a minute there. It really is a beautiful butterfly. Do you like butterflies? This one is red and blue.

Now, where were we? Hope you are still with me 🙂

Of all the things vying for your attention, which things are worth your attention, and which are not?

Write a list.

And when are they worth your attention, and when are they not?

Because sometimes a butterfly is worth your attention 🙂

My best wishes, Paul
