How big is inertia in your life?

Cat comfortable on sofa

I do a lot of speaking at events, at least, I used to 🙂 and when I say something like “I am going to tell you a story, so get comfortable, and we’ll begin…” everybody moves. They all ‘get comfortable’.

Were they not comfortable before?

Why not?

I suspect we spend a lot of our time just continuing as we are, even though it is not optimal. We are not comfortable, but don’t really notice it. We are not comfortable, but not so uncomfortable that we are driven to do anything about it. We are not comfortable, but we tolerate the stuff that isn’t quite right, and inertia rules.

What are you tolerating on a daily basis due to inertia?

What small change could you make that would allow you to ‘get comfortable’?

My best wishes, Paul
